How we will manage our performance
The role of the yes board is to scrutinise performance and ensure that yes is operating as well as it possibly can.
One of the most helpful ways of doing that is by reviewing performance reports. During the 2016/17  nancial year, we will invest in more sophisticated and rigorous performance management systems that will provide more accurate information much faster.
This will, in turn, free up the capacity of the chief executive to focus on ensuring that yes maintains its reputation as the go-to service for jobseekers in the M8, M9 and M40 postcodes in which we operate.
