The Housing Trust is looking for an enthusiastic Multi-skilled Technician to join their busy team. Working across all of their services you'll be working to provide high quality cleaning, clearance and grounds maintenance, of internal and external communal spaces around our customers’ homes and other THT owned real estate. You will ensure that effective relationships are maintained with customers, working with the wider team you will also report and assist the Housing Officers to resolve any neighbourhoods issues.

There are times you may be working at heights (full training given) and assisting with movement of heavy goods. You will have experience of providing excellent customer service and have an understanding of relevant health and safety regulations in an Estates environment.
You'll have experience and knowledge of the use of cleaning equipment and grounds maintenance machinery, be organised and have a can-do attitude and hold a full, clean driving licence. Knowledge of COSHH law and experience of using mobile devices, such a tablet, is beneficial. They have a very clear mission statement, 'We create clean, safe and attractive communities, a place which our customer can call home.' If you’re up for the challenge they’d love to hear from you.
